Makris Gialos, Lasithi, Crete
Diaskari Beach is located east of Makri Gialos in southeastern Crete and is one of the quietest and most unspoiled beaches in the area. It features fine pebbles and sand, with crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for relaxation and swimming. Diaskari is partially organized, with a few sunbeds and a traditional taverna, but much of the beach remains untouched, offering peace and solitude. The surrounding landscape is wild and unspoiled by tourism, with low hills and sparse vegetation.
