The Gorge of the Dead (or Zakros Gorge) is one of the most stunning gorges in eastern Crete, connecting Zakros with Kato Zakros. At the end of the trail, visitors arrive at Kato Zakros Beach, where they can relax and explore the archaeological site of the Minoan Palace.
