Heraklion: Romantic Sunset Horse Ride with Cretan Dinner

Your experience starts at around 17:30 with hotel pick-up, followed by a comfortable drive to Finikia Horse Riding Farm. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a short introduction and safety briefing, and you’ll be matched with the appropriate horse based on your experience level. Ride through scenic mountain trails and explore the Cretan countryside on horseback, enjoying panoramic views of Heraklion and the Cretan Sea as the sun sets. After approximately 45 minutes, you’ll stop for a short break to relax, stretch, and refresh with juice and water. Advanced riders will have the opportunity for a short private canter, while beginner riders can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, take photos, and soak in the magical sunset atmosphere. After the break, continue riding for another 45 minutes back to the farm, where a traditional Cretan dinner awaits. Taste authentic Greek dishes paired with homemade wine and raki, creating the perfect ending to this unforgettable evening. Return transfer to your hotel is scheduled for around 21:45.
