Rethymno: Kids’ First Scuba Dive – Safe Bubblemaker Adventure in Shallow Waters (Ages 8–10)

Let your young adventurers experience the excitement of scuba diving in the crystal-clear waters of Crete with the Bubblemaker program, designed for children aged 8 and above. During a one-day session, each child is introduced individually to the diving equipment and basic underwater skills by a certified instructor or divemaster. Dives take place in Pirate’s Fjord / Kalypso Beach, shallow waters with a maximum depth of 2 meters, allowing children to safely explore the underwater world. Here, they can spot colorful fish, starfish, shells, and even octopuses - making their first dive both fun and educational. At the end of the day, each participant receives a “memory certificate” and can take home high-quality photos or videos of their dive on a USB stick, creating lasting memories of their first scuba adventure. This program is ideal for children who want to join family dives or try scuba for the very first time, all in a controlled, safe, and supportive environment.
