The Venetian Loggia in Heraklion is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved Venetian buildings in Crete. Built in the 17th century during the Venetian rule, it was designed by Francesco Morosini (also known for the Lion Fountain) and served as a gathering place for nobles and city officials.
